HOW TO PLACE ORDER
Orders can be placed by sending email to the email addresses listed below and we will get back to you regarding payment and freight cost. You can either send the links of your items directly to us or the item codes/description including the name of the website. If you like any item on the blog, you can send the link or pictures to our email address and we will reply you asap. Do not forget to include proper specification e.g. size, colour etc

Freight
Freight is done through local cargo services and it can take up to 5-8 working days to Lagos and 10 working days outside Lagos. At least 70% payment is needed before we send your order. Please note customers are responsible for all freight cost and handling charges. Once the order has been sent, the client will be sent a notification via email or bbm 

HOW DO YOU GET YOUR ORDER?
For now, we only offer pick up service for all Lagos transactions and our pick up place is Shomolu after we must have receive full payment. A special door to door can be arranged at the cost of the customer. Any change of location will be communicated accordingly. For outside Lagos, designated pick up location will be communicated by the freight company. 

Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation or changes cannot be made to an order once it has been shipped outside the UK. We do not accept returns of products. All items must be collected within 4 weeks from when the customer receives notification of order arrival as LPS will not be held liable for loss of parcel from collection point.
